So This is me - Yael from 3L,The idea of this blog is - for us, the neighbours to know each other by name and face, and have a "BillBord" that we can use for our daily life as a community !
What you can to do in order for this idea to become a reality, (and a powerful tool for all of us) is post a photo and your name - and what ever info you think is relevant (need babysitters, have sofa for sale, having a party,.... ext. ), and from there - the sky is the limit...

Did you know that this building has some interesting history. For instance, in 4L, Daniel Berrigan once said Mass and Caruso (yes, the Opera guy) sang!
One of the greatest mysterys in this apartment building is how many residents can't seem to figure out the garbage system! Where paper goes. Where plastics and cans go. And where everything else goes.
Either that, or the trash gets lets on top of the can instead of in it.
Who let the stove out? I'm hoping that the stove owner got permission from sanitation for pick-up and that the ticket for leaving it on the sidewalk doesn't set 'em back.
I don't like coming back to a building that looks like a tenement. When we got a new stove 2 years ago, the vendor took the old one away at no charge. Something to remember for future appliance shoppers!
PS - we have a brand new stove upstairs for anyone interested. $600, never used, small dent on the side (store floor model). They were supposed to pick it up when they brought us the one we use now, but the drivers wouldn't take it. Let me know if there are any takers!
